Thanks again to Diana at Pom Wonderful for the case of Pomegranate Juice. I have one more recipe using pomegranate juice so stay tuned!

Delish!!
The pomegranate cream sauce is wonderful! I wasn’t familiar with anardana before but now I’m really curious – I’ve been using tamarind paste as a souring agent but would like to try this spice for a more subtle sour taste.
this looks delicious–makes me want to go out, pick up the ingredients and make it ASAP! to me, inspiration is the greatest compliment. nice to see a food blog where cooking actually takes place, too! wonderful job.
Anardana is pretty sour. I had to balance it out with the wine. I’m definitely going to use it more often because I want to try a 50 spice curry and I would be able to create an extremely hot and sour experience with it.
Wow, thank you so much for the compliment. I have been thinking about this idea for about a month now and the only thing I forgot was to soak the noodles with the sauce for aesthetic purposes. It didn’t matter though, it received the seal of approval from my wife. So I’m happy with it
Thank you for stopping by,
Eric
Ha, thanks! They are ‘Breyers: Oreo Ice Cream Sandwiches.’ I’m pretty much an oreo-fanatic & would have to say they are amazing!
And I think this is one reason why I’m wanting to change my major of Dietetics. I’d be one terrible dietitian! ha
Mmmm, that pasta dish looks so good. There are so many of your recipes that I have to try.
Thanks for the amazing recipes!
I have been away for a few days. I am glad to see you are still cooking up a (creative) storm. GREG
Thanks Greg! I’m just trying to get to your level of expertise and execution.
