Just a simple technique for cooking a nice chicken thigh.
Ingredients:
-Chicken thigh
-Sal De Mer or any other kind of sea salt
-Fresh ground black peppercorn
-Extra virgin olive oil
Pre-heat oven to 350F. Make sure the chicken thigh is room temperature then sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. In a large skillet on high heat pour in 2 tbsp. olive oil. Once the oil is hot place the chicken thigh in the pan skin side down. Cook for about 4 minutes, flip then place entire skillet in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven, let chicken rest for a few minutes then serve.
