Pomegranate Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

-1/4 cup heavy cream
-1 cup white wine
-12 ounces Pomegranate juice
-1 tsp. Anardana                                     (worldspice)
-2 tbsp. fresh rosemary,  break it apart with your fingers
-2 tbsp. pink peppercorn

In a medium sauce pan on medium heat mix all the ingredients together. Simmer until the liquid is reduced by half, stirring frequently.  Serve over pasta.

  4. doesn’t seem proper to reduce all ingredients at once? Perhaps all ingredients minus cream reduced to nappe, then add cream?
