Aranitas

It means spiders in Spanish. Relax, they’re just fried plantains.

Ingredients:

2 plantains, grated

Batter

2 cups flour
1/4 cup smoked paprika
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. salt

Mix the batter and plantains together then place in deep fryer until crispy.  Remove from deep fryer then add a little more salt.
