Chardonnay Raspberry Relish (5 of 6)

Ingredients:

1/2 head cabbage
1/2 sweet onion
2 cups chardonnay wine
1 pickle
Sweet Peppers
Salt and Pepper
3 tbsp. raspberry vinegar

Saute the cabbage, onions, wine, pickle, and peppers for 7-10 minutes then add salt, pepper, and raspberry vinegar. Serve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
