I had the same tasting crew over that I had for the 24, 24, 24 contest so I made sure not to disappoint them. The actual cooking was a lot more relaxed but I was tired from working a full day at the Farmer’s market so I had 20 minutes to prep before I started cooking. Everything came out exactly the way I wanted it to so that was nice.

Wow, excellent bratwurst creations! I love the wellington one and the Guinness gravy too! Wondering how the winner is determined so going over to Wicked Noodle’s now.
Thanks Natasha! I don’t really know if anyone is a winner or loser. Translation: I win

Eric, I’ll happily concede – these look outstanding! Although, I DO love just a simple, perfectly cooked brat. How about we call it a tasty tie?
I like the salad concoction!!! See brats don’t necessarily have to be in a bun. Well done!
Eric,
You couldn’t make just one recipe could you? Remind me to to accept a challenge from you! You’d whip the pants off me. GREG
It is very hard for me to be simple….it truly is my downfall. 1? How about 6!!!

I’m bratwurst-stuffed! They were all excellent – I had no idea that brats could be so versatile.
