Pappardelle’s Pasta

Over 100 varieties of pasta makes Eric a happy dude. This is one of my favorite pictures I have taken so far.

About a month ago I was at Pike’s Place Market in Seattle and I stopped by the enormous stand that Pappardelle’s Pasta occupies. I didn’t know what to get so I bought four differrent kinds of pasta and said, “well, we’ll see what happenes”. I know, dried pasta is not as good as fresh pasta but I think you’re missing the point here. There are over 100 diferent varieties infused with herbs, spices, and awesomeness. They do sell fresh pasta as well but I wanted to try out their infused pasta because I have another place I go to for fresh pasta.  I’ve made a few recipes with this pasta and I whole heartedly recommend you try it for yourself. I was not paid say any of this so keep that in mind.

Here are two recipes I have made so far with this pasta:

  1. This pasta always looks so great on a plate…must be the wide, flat noodle appearance.
