This whole camera thing has really put a pause to things but don’t worry. I just helped a friend of mine brine 50 lbs. of chicken with 5.5 gallons of brine mixture that will be cooked on Saturday, I won’t have pictures so that sucks. Also, I’ll be helping another friend cook a whole North Carolina Style Pig next Friday. I have about 10 new recipes lined up for next week and my new camera should be here on Tuesday or Wednesday!

I’m lucky if I can wrangle half a deli-roasted chicken and post once every 10 days!
