It was a very busy month. I started culinary school, the products that I developed hit the market, I had my first catering gig, the blog had it’s busiest hit month, and much more so read back over the past month for yourself. Anyway, I’m not done yet so stay tuned for more awesome stuff coming to an ericriveracooks.com blog near you.
Things already planned for this month:
My second catering gig (appetizer heavy menu)
8 year wedding anniversary on the 31st. Going to the Dahlia Lounge for dinner and making some Copper salmon, if I can find it (the 8th year is a copper gift, maybe Mindy will buy me a copper pot. THOSE THINGS ARE HOW MUCH??? Nevermind).

Way to go Eric, I’m hoping you’ll be able to come out for Thanksgiving because I have yet to sample any of your cooking. Do you get the big hat when you graduate?
I hope we can get over there too! I’m not sure about the big hat but I’m fine with whatever they give me.
