
Equipment:
- High sided pot
- Whisk
- Wooden spoon
Ingredients:
- Corn meal
- Water Use a 4:1 ratio
- Soft Butter
- Parmesan
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Procedure:
- Boil water and add salt
- Whisk and pour in polenta
- Whisk until cooked to surface
- Switch to wood spoon
- Stir as much as possible for 1 hour
- Add soft butter, parmesan, and salt, pepper
- Serve soft or serve firm
