Equipment Needed:
- Grill heated up to 500F
- Small sauce pan
Ingredients:
- Peaches, cut in half with seed removed
- 10 ounces Balsamic Vinegar
Procedure:
- Pour the balsamic vinegar into the sauce pan and reduce by cooking at a low heat. When you end up with about 4 tbsp. then it is good to go.
- Grill the peaches flesh side down for 3-5 minutes then remove and pour balsamic over them
