Grilled Peaches with a Balsamic Reduction

Grilled Peaches

2 steps, that is all.

Equipment Needed:

  • Grill heated up to 500F
  • Small sauce pan

Ingredients:

  • Peaches, cut in half with seed removed
  • 10 ounces Balsamic Vinegar

Procedure:

  1. Pour the balsamic vinegar into the sauce pan and reduce by cooking at a low heat.  When you end up with about 4 tbsp. then it is good to go.
  2. Grill the peaches flesh side down for 3-5 minutes then remove and pour balsamic over them

Enjoy,

Eric

  1. Mmm…I’ve been seeing a lot of grilled peaches lately. That’s the one thing I haven’t done yet. I love the balsamic reduction you paired it with. Yum!
