Pom Wonderful Pomegranate juice is flying me to Fresno to visit their Pomegranate orchards.  I still can’t believe it either but I have an itinerary and a box of POM Wonderful pomegranate juice to prove it!

I made a recipe with their juice a few months ago (click) so I guess they like me enough to send me straight to the source. I didn’t ask many questions on why they want to send me it was more of like a “Hey Eric, we want to send you to California”. I said, “ok” after I talked to my Chef at school and my wife Mindy and that sealed the deal.

So POM, California, and you little pomegranates…..you better get ready for the ericriveracooks coming to an orchard near you!
