Kiwi Crepe with a Pom Kiwi Whipped Cream

I’m the first person in the world to create a recipe with Pom Wonderful’s Pomegranate Kiwi Juice. Ta-da!!!!!! This is a little crepe with a lot of great stuff going on! I pureed a kiwi then strained it and worked it into the crepe batter. Then I stuffed the crepe with small diced kiwi. I took Pom Wonderful’s Pomegranate Kiwi Juice and whipped it into some heavy cream. There dish has it all! 
When this juice hits the stores you should pick it up because it is POMtastic! I am the best product spokesman out there! Much better than Joe Isuzu!
Equipment:
- Saute pan
- Mixing bowl
- Whisk
- Blender
Ingredients:
- Pom Wonderful Pomegranate Kiwi Juice
- Crepe Batter with 1/2 kiwi pureed and strained into it (click here for recipe)
- Heavy whipping cream
- Kiwi
- Sugar
Procedure:
Crepe
- Use the procedure from my crepe recipe (click)
Whipped Cream
- Pour 4 ounces of Pom Juice and 1/4 cup whipping cream into blender with 1 tsp. sugar
- Blend!
- Pour over crepe and enjoy!
Me gusta mucho el Kiwi. Delicioso y refrescante el crepe.
POM has been coming out with some great products lately. I’ll have to get my hands on some of that kiwi juice.
