Beecher’s Handmade Cheese: Seattle, WA
Had an hour to kill before my next class so I quickly walked over to Beecher’s Handmade Cheese. This is not my first and it won’t be my last encounter with Beecher’s. You may remember me talking about Maximus/Minimus/Awesomus (click) a few months ago……well, Beecher’s owns that little truck of awesomus. The next time you visit the little truck and wonder, “Damn, this cheese is good where can I buy it from?”. Now you know!
I love the layout of the store. You can see where your cheese is being made.
If there is a worthwhile/fantastic/tasty/favorite cheese of yours then they probably have it. If they don’t then you should just try theirs and it will be your new favorite. I’m sorry for the ass kissing on this one but it’s true.
Beyond the ability to just buy cheese they will also serve up some food for you which I strongly recommend. Their food is so good that it takes amazing pictures by itself. The sandwich hit the self-timer and produced this amazing photo of itself………..true story.
