I’ll be out of town for the next few days so you won’t be seeing any new recipes until Thursday/Friday. I’ll be in California touring the POM pomegranate orchards. I don’t really know why they chose me to come and I still can’t believe I’m going. I’m really excited to go and see the entire operation and meet the people behind the scenes.

When I come back I’ll have tons of pictures (500 or so) and some video so I will be posting those on here. Also, I’ll have the south and creole cooking recipes from class posted by then.

Cute!!! I remember that picture vividly. I’ve just finished baking muffins and I brought one out for you and your sister. Dad was washing the car and of course watching you both. You were only 16 months old. Enjoy your adventure.
