November 27, 2009 by ericriveracooks

Well, if that’s the case then let me throw a few things together!  We celebrated Christmas Eve with the family today so I pulled out a few more tricks out of the bag.   Puerto Rican style pork loin, stuffed bell peppers, and yellow rice! That’s how I do Christmas with my parents so it was easy to make it for Mindy’s family. Stuffed Bell Peppers with Mom’s stuffing Yellow Rice with Garbanzo Beans I loved reading other blogs about how […]

Eric, did you cook anything?

November 27, 2009 by ericriveracooks

I wasn’t responsible for making the turkey so that left room for me to make sure the sides were taken care of. I made 11 sides! Sorry for the pictures being a little dark, I’m sure it will ruin your day. The picture above was my showcase, it was butternut […]

Sleeping in my Chef Pants:

November 25, 2009 by ericriveracooks

Picture taken in Seattle next to Sip on 5th Avenue. I have had a crazy few weeks and things are about to get a little more intense. November 24, 2009 by ericriveracooks

There was a little mix up with the ribs that were supposed to come in for us at school so we could cook kalua pork.  I was a little frustrated because I really wanted some pork! I was stoked! So today I made […]

November 24, 2009 by ericriveracooks

Decisions decisions……. I went over to Sip Wine Bar and Restaurant today for lunch. I have been working through a pretty rough schedule lately so a nice lunch at Sip was just what the […]
