
It’s my day off and I have made Wednesday my offical: Woah, it’s me day (I’m hilarious). A couple fried eggs the way I like them…not the way they’re supposed to be….cook them in bacon fat…..top with Murray River Salt…….A little tri-blend pepper……….and some Weeble Cheese scraps. Left it in the skillet and ate it out of there because I don’t feel like doing dishes (I clean so many dishes it’s ridiculous).
I’ll be doing some bread making today and then a little meet up with Sippitysup later tonight!

This is a hearty and awesome meal! Makes me think of “Brinner” from that TV series Scrubs, where they have breakfast for dinner. I love the eating from the pan thing — I’ve done that many a time and it’s weirdly satisfying. I mean, come on, it comes with a handle!
Hilarious….you just gave me an idea. I’m going to start carrying that skillet with me where ever I go.

That is my most favorite dinner to eat when I’m alone (though I am quite a bit more heavy handed on the bacon).
I’ve never “eaten” from a skillet or pan. It was just “repetitive tasting until it was all gone”. Keep Greg away from bright lights, water, and whatever you do, don’t feed him after midnight.
