Give them a gift that shows you love them……give them Puerto Rican Rum! I felt signing the containers would be a little pretentious so I went for it!!! There is no egg in this….just lots and lots of coconut!
Ingredients
- Puerto Rican Rum……….don’t bother using rum from other countries, it’s garbage
- 12 cans evaporated milk
- 2 cans coconut milk
- 2 cans cream of coconut
- 2 cans condensed milk
- 2 vanilla beans with the good stuff removed from the inside
- 1 cinnamon stick, ground to a powder
- Sugar, to taste
Procedure:
- In a mixing bowl pour in the coconut milk, condensed milk, sugar, vanilla beans, and cinnamon stick powder
- Mix together then in a much larger container pour in the evaporated milk
- Slowly stir in contents from mixing bowl into container holding evaporated milk

- Add as much rum as your little heart desires….careful though, this hides the taste of rum pretty well so don’t overdo it…….unless you don’t have to go anywhere! It’s the holiday season, treat yourself!
- Enjoy
Eric

My oh my. I think I’m going to have to imbibe soon!
I love your signature, it gives that little extra touch. Wow, I remember as a little girl helping abuelito make coquito every year and yes, I tried it with rum and everything. Delicioso. Feliz Navidad!
FELIZ NAVIDAD!
