Blackened Sockeye Salmon with Dill Buerre Blanc and Steamed Vegetables

This is a major work in progress. Once again, the flavor is all there….. I just have to work on the look of it all.  The technique I used to steam the vegetables was awesome!  Also, I took the top off of the salmon after it was blackened…….I have a reason for this but it didn’t work out the way I wanted to…..until next time!
