I forgot to salt the broth at the end and it completely threw me off….weird. Once the salt was added everything came alive and was excellent. I’ll post this one tomorrow.

  1. *gasp* Beautiful. Could just eat the slices of beef raw, with a bit of truffle oil. Or just on their own — whatev’s!
