I forgot to salt the broth at the end and it completely threw me off….weird. Once the salt was added everything came alive and was excellent. I’ll post this one tomorrow.

*gasp* Beautiful. Could just eat the slices of beef raw, with a bit of truffle oil. Or just on their own — whatev’s!
