About a month ago I went to Pintxo to check out their assault on the world of tapas. They’re a newer restaurant in Seattle in the Belltown area that has my attention. I’ve heard good things from friends so I finally made my way to check it out.
First up on the menu for me was a meat and cheese platter.
Next up was the bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with goat cheese.
Finally, the show stopper. If you ever go to this restaurant then order this…..order it twice….order it a thousand more times.
Quail eggs on toast with serrano ham and chorizo. Helllllllllllloooooooooooooo! So incredibly good.

Great place……..I ate there on a food and wine tour I did in seattle. I loved the bacon rapped stuffed dates.
