See, I told you I’ve been on a burger fix lately.

The chef/owner of Quinn’s (best poutine I’ve ever had…..foie gras poutine…..it’s life changing) opened up a burger place in Fremont called Uneeda Burger which is now home to my favorite burger in Seattle (not kidding).  That picture above is of their medi-terra burger.  It’s a lamb burger with tempura lemon, charred peppers, onions, manchego, arugula, and cilantro.  That is a whole lot of awesome and I think you should go, try it out for yourself, then we can high five each other and talk about how great it is.
