Look at that picture again….. It was a very hard decision to come back but I have to finish up my last quarter of school then I can do whatever I want after that. I’ll have a post with a ton of videos and pictures coming soon about my experience at Noma.
Copenhagen is a perfect city and the people of Denmark are amazing. Cooking the food at Noma was mind blowing. This experience has changed my life forever.
