Impressive! Cement is tricky sometimes. I read in your other post about how the edges crumbled a little. You might try lining your mold with plastic sheeting [like thick painter's drop cloths], I made my kitchen countertop that way and it gave the cement a "sealed" finish look. By the way, have you seen Culinarium on Etsy? They make some interesting cement kitchen items that you might like [http://www.etsy.com/shop/Culinarium].

I had the the opportunity to meet directly the owner . His name is Jose"Chardo", he showed me around the facility and illustrated me about the process of confectioning; before this sauce i was really resilient to any type of hot sauce. Since they tend (mainstream trade marks) to over do the HOT part to much.

However, Steven Cuisine hot sauce managed to balance the hot aftertaste of the sauce, with a great flavor and body. It's very possible you will encounter yourself using the sauce with a wide variety of different foods and snacks.

In addition, I notice that being a hot sauce at least this one doesn't go to hard on the stomach. So if you're a sensible stomach person this will be a great election for you.

Regards, Charlie from PR.
