Black Beans and Rice

Black bean and rice mountain Ingredients: -2 cups white steamed rice -2 strips bacon cut into small pieces -1/4 cup water -2 tbsp sofrito -2 tbsp tomato sauce -1 tsp oregano -1/2 tsp salt -1 tsp black pepper -10 ounce can black beans, drained In a medium sauce pan on high heat cook the bacon.  Leave the bacon in the pan and reduce heat to medium.
