Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri

The black bean sauce leaked all over. I addressed it with rice in the next post. Steak was perfect…..I am the king of steak. Equipment: Grill Tongs Ingredients: Chimichurri- Parsley, Oregano, Green Onions, Cilantro, Crushed Red Pepper, Red Wine Vinegar, and Onions Adobo Procedure: Rub adobo on steak then cook to desired doneness Let steak rest then slice thin and pour chimichurri over top of meat Enjoy, Eric

Tapechurri Sauce

(Click each picture to make it larger) It’s a mixture between a tapenade and a chimichurri. I couldn’t think of a better name so this is what you get for now! Ingredients: Fresh Parsley Fresh Oregano Fresh Aji Dulce (sweet pepper) Sweet Onion Fresh Garlic Black Olives Capers Chives Olive Oil White Balsamic Vinegar Mix all ingredients together then serve over bread. What a magnificent pairing. It’s great working for a sauce and spread company. I get a chance to think outside the box a little and try our products with other foods.
