Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 3-5 minutes Equipment Needed: Deep Fryer Mandolin Ingredients: 3 or 4 red potatoes Kosher salt Apple Cider Vinegar Procedure: Use the mandolin to make paper thin slices of the potatoes. Ingredients: -4 thinly sliced yukon gold potatoes Seasoning -2 tbsp. chili powder -1 tbsp. smoked paprika -1 1/2 tsp. salt -1 tsp. cayenne pepper -1 tsp. garlic salt Mix these ingredients in a small mixing bowl In a deep fryer heat up canola oil to 350F.
